V.V Ganeshan
Mr. V.V. Ganeshan is a Vice President of National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange Ltd. (NCDEX). He is a Law graduate from Madras Law College. He has more than 30 years experience in Banking Industry. He is an associate of Indian Institute of Bankers and has served as Assistant General Manager of Bank of India. He joined NCDEX in 2006. He is associated with organizing and conducting training and awareness programmes for different segments of market participants across the country including Agri Universities, IIMs and IITs. He is an associate Member of Project Coordination Committee set up by FMC for Price Dissemination Project of GOI. He is a member of the academic council of MIT College of Management, Pune. His interest is to work out a viable Aggregation Model, to reach the benefits of the Commodity Futures Market to the small and marginal farmers.

Tanushree Mazumdar
She works as Senior Economist and Vice President - Knowledge Management at NCDEX. She holds a doctorate in economics from IIT Bombay and a post-graduate degree in economics from the Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics, Pune. Her interests are macroeconomics, international economics, banking, microfinance and commodity derivatives. She has work experience of around 10 years in research, teaching and training and has published papers in reputed journals/publications/financial dailies and also presented papers at various conferences.

Ruchi Jain
Working as an Economist at NICR and Deputy Manager, she is responsible for activities related to research in commodity derivative markets as well as training courses offered by NICR. A post graduate in economics from Jamia Millia Islamia, she has six years of experience in the field of economic research. Economics graduate from University of Delhi has earlier worked with the institutes like ICRIER (Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations) and ISS (Institute of Social Sciences). Her areas of interest include econometrics, macro economics and derivatives market. At NICR, she is responsible for tracking developments in the Spices, Grains and Sugar complex and bringing out reports in the same.

Sachin Purwar
Working as a Manager with the Exchange, he has been actively looking after the Product Development of Grains and Pulses group since last three years. He is a post graduate in Agribusiness Management from Symbiosis Institute of International Business (SIIB), Pune. He has also worked with ICICI Lombard in their bancassurance division as a Sales Manager.

Vishal Dinesh
Vishal Dinesh works as a Deputy Manager with NCDEX, he is responsible for Product Management and Business Development of Oilseeds and Cotton group, a post graduate in Agricultural Science and a post graduate diploma holder in Agribusiness Management from National Institute of Agricultural Extension, MANAGE Hyderabad, has vast territorial familiarity pan INDIA and expertise in Sales Marketing and Business Development in agricultural domain.

Rohit Shukla
Working as a Deputy Manager - Products Development, he looks at the business and product development side of various commodities viz., Cereals, and Pulses as well as Potato and Mentha Oil traded on the Exchange platform. A post graduate in Business Administration from Agra University, he works towards the development of contracts of agricultural products and their business on the exchange platform.

Adhish Singhal
Presently working with NCDEX as Deputy Manager – Business Group, looking after Steel, Adhish Singhal is a commerce graduate, holding Master’s degree in Crude Oil Trading, with hands-on experience of more than three years in Metals & Energy segment. Prior to this, he has worked with a risk management consulting company on developing new clients in the non agri side.

Kapil Dev
Working as a Deputy Manager with the Exchange, he is responsible for product and business development of the grains traded on the exchange platform mainly Barley and Maize. An alumnus of Institute of Agri Business Management, Rajasthan Agricultural University, he has four years of experience in agri input industry and agri business development. Agri graduate from Pant Nagar University has earlier worked with the organizations like Monsanto India Ltd. and DCM Shriram.

Ashwin Vidhate
Ashwin Vidhate works as a Deputy Manager in the Knowledge Management group of NCDEX. He is mainly responsible for tracking global developments and its impact on oilseeds & vegetable oil sector and bullion products. He has three years of experience in the field of DWH & BI, Analytics and financial research. Ashwin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and a MBA in Finance from University of Mumbai.
